扫码加入芯研所消息，日前闻泰科技发布公告，旗下安世半导体将收购英国最大的半导体生产商之一NWF一案，闹得全民皆喜，毕竟这是中国厂商为数不多的收购老牌资本巨头的重要尝试，而这一“尝试”却引发了英国国家层面的震动。
据外媒报道，就闻泰科技收购案，英国首相鲍里斯·约翰逊周三表示，他的国家安全顾问将审查此笔收购案的全部流程。
据悉，NWF主要生产用于汽车电源应用的半导体芯片，是英国为数不多的半导体芯片制造商之一。
本周二，英国商务大臣 Kwasi Kwarteng表示，英国政府“认为目前不适合进行干预”，但正在密切关注此次收购。
但一天后，在一个立法者小组的提问中，约翰逊本人表示现在将对这笔交易进行调查。约翰逊告诉国会议员：“我已经要求国家安全顾问研究这个收购案。”
“我们必须判断他们制造的东西是否对中国具有真正的知识产权价值和利益，以及是否存在真正的安全隐患。”约翰逊提到。
根据英国企业法规定，政府有 30 天的时间决定是否放行企业收购案，或对该案进行审查，若决定审查将有 5 年的时间来调查，当最终判定具威胁性则有权取消交易。
